Order Processing Times

Order processing times range from 1-2 business days.If you've placed your order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your 1-2 business days of processing time will start on the following Monday (or business day).

*Please use the USPS shipping (Economy) method at checkout if you are shipping to a local PO Box.

We do not process, ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on national holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We ship everywhere in the United States except Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Incorrect Billing/Shipping Information

Orders may be delayed due to incorrect payment or billing/shipping information.

 

Delivery Timing Not Guaranteed

Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues. FemiClear cannot guarantee a delivery date.

 

Lost Shipments/Packages

If your order is lost, it was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. If you still can’t find your package, please contact us here within 7 days of your delivery date so we can ship you a replacement or issue a refund. 

FemiClear is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us here and let us know your correct address as soon as possible. 

 

Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to ship out a replacement.
