The FemiClear Guarantee
At OrganiCare LLC (the makers of FemiClear), we take pride in designing products for women who want to be in control of what they put in and on their bodies, while keeping things natural and backed by science. That is why we proudly stand behind our all-natural and organic over-the-counter FemiClear products and our good manufacturing practices which include strict quality controls. However, if you are not happy with your FemiClear product you purchased from OrganiCare or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a replacement product or a refund.
How it Works
If you are not satisfied with a FemiClear product that you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may make a request through the “Contact Us” page to initiate the Guarantee request. You must submit your Guarantee request (with poof of purchase) within forty-five (45) days of the date of purchase.
Please know that it is possible that you can experience a temporary increase in burning after applying FemiClear Yeast Infection, and this discomfort can range from mild to intense.Yeast irritates and thins delicate vaginal tissue. When you have a yeast infection most anything that contacts your inflamed vaginal tissue will burn. The longer you wait to treat, the more advanced your infection can become. This can lead to more intense burning. However, rest assured that this possible burning is a known side-effect of all treatments for vaginal yeast infections and, while not pleasant, FemiClear is working to provide symptom relief.
Additionally, in an effort to use only quality, all-natural ingredients, we skipped the artificial fragrances. This means FemiClear has a unique organic smell. Check out our FAQ page for more information.

OrganiCare LLC reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase (receipt), photographs of the product, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a consumer has abused the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
